Our Scholarship Fund gives opportunities to learn capoeira and participate in capoeira camps, workshops and events to:
1) at risk and underprivileged kids and families who cannot afford the fees
2) girls for whom capoeira training will help develop skills to empower their lives

Our General Fund helps behind the scenes to cover supplies, teaching artists and event costs, enabling CIS to continue to give excellent performances and organize world-class events that bring global experiences of Afro-Brazilian arts to our Tucson and Southern Arizona communities.
