To play your best capoeira…
• Train regularly, at least 2X/week for ages 7 and up, to build strength, flexibility, agility, and develop muscle memory to improve your capoeira game. Students with green/yellow and above should train >2X/week.
• Eat a healthy diet and take proper care of overall health.
